Saqib Moghul

Chair of Community Council
Saq was raised and educated in Slough, and has lived in Cippenham for over 10 years.
Being a British Asian, Saq aims to include the best of British and ethnic minorities values and be a voice within the school. Saq wants to support the schools drive to improve and ensure priority is given to the well-being of staff and children. Since September 2024, Saq has taken on the role of Chair of Community Council.
Derek Beesley
November 2021-November 2025
Derek is Director of Kidz Enterprise and the company have been offering out of school clubs on the Cippenham school site for the last 20 years. Previously Derek was a Governor for Cippenham Infants. Derek is committed to ensuring that as a school we are supporting every child to be the ‘best they can be.’
Belinda Onyenobi-Ujani

Belinda joined the Community Council in 2021. Before then Belinda served as a governor with Cippenham Primary School. Two of Belinda’s children have been through Cippenham School.
I joined the Community Council because I want to support the school to create a good, well-rounded learning environment for the Children. I currently work as a leadership coach and have been in the coaching industry for
about 8 years. My role involves me working with leaders in the areas of development, accountability and performance for themselves and for their teams. I am a strong believer in the fact that children flourish and succeed when there is an
enriching and a diverse curriculum.
Emily Plumley

Emily has lived in Cippenham for over 15 years and all of her children have attended the Cippenham School, 2 are currently on roll. Emily was previously a governor at Cippenham Infant School. Emily feels it is important that every child feels valued and that all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Emily believes this is a school where staff, parents and children are happy. Emily is committed to supporting the school to improve and develop further.
Manpreet Singh Panesar

Manpreet has education/safeguarding/SEN, Diversity and Inclusion arenas, having experience in leadership working with charities, Local Authorities, Police, Primary and Secondary schools. Manpreet
dedicates a great deal of time to youth, voluntary and community work.
Manpreet has 2 daughters at Cippenham School.
Dan Bond
July 2023-July 2026
Dan Bond has taught at Cippenham for two and a half years. He has fulfilled a number of different roles in the field of education, as teacher, governor and mentor and is now relishing the opportunities and challenges of preparing year 6 children during their important formative last year at primary school. His particular passion is the development of children's speaking and listening skills, growing their confidence in engaging in meaningful, reasoned through discussions throughout the whole rich curriculum that this school provides.
Jatinder Virk

Jatinder joined Cippenham as Headteacher in September 21 just as the school joined the Elliot Trust. Jatinder is committed to ensuring that Cippenham delivers the best learning experiences and opportunities for each and every child ensuring they leave our school happy, confident learners ready for the next part of their learning journey.
